Mr. Harrington,
Per your request, on 6-27-12, ECOS Environmental & Disaster Restoration Inc. conducted a
limited asbestos inspection of VISIBLE suspect asbestos containing materials which would be
impacted during your remodeling scope of work. If other suspect materials become
visible/apparent during demolition or construction activities, work in that area should be halted
and more sampling/testing must take place, per Colorado regulations.
A limited bulk sampling was conducted in accordance with Colorado State Requirements. Said
requirements state: For each homogenous area of less than 1000 SF, a minimum of three
samples must be collected randomly. For each homogenous area of 1000-5000 SF, a minimum
of five samples must be collected. For areas larger than 5001 SF a minimum of seven samples
must be collected, respectively. A homogeneous area is defined as one which shares suspect
material, texture, color, location, and/or apparent time of construction.
Joshua Johnson, a Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment certified building
inspector, license number 18401, performed the inspection. Samples taken were sent to the
lab Reservoirs Environmental, in Denver, for PLM (Polarized Light Microscopy) analysis.
Attached are the lab's documents with analyses and findings.

CONCLUSIONS
Asbestos was found in the Popcorn Texture and in the joint compound. These materials are
considered friable. If these materials are to be disturbed or removed, the materials should be
remediated in accordance with the CDPHE Regulation No. 8 by a licensed abatement
contractor. All Colorado State Regulations and OSHA rules must be followed during this process
to protect the general public, the client, and the workers.

and Environmental matrices by the National Voluntary Laboratory Accreditation Program (NVLAP), Lab
Code 101896-0 for Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) and Polarized Light Microscopy (PLM)
analysis and the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA), Lab ID 101533 - Accreditation Certificate
#480 for Phase Contrast Microscopy (PCM) analysis. This laboratory is currently proficient in both
Proficiency Testing and PAT programs respectively.
Reservoirs Environmental, Inc. has analyzed the following samples for asbestos content as per your
request. The analysis has been completed in general accordance with the appropriate methodology as
stated in the attached analysis table. The results have been submitted to your office.
RES 241040-1 is the job number assigned to this study. This report is considered highly confidential
and the sole property of the customer. Reservoirs Environmental, Inc. will not discuss any part of this study
with personnel other than those of the client. The results described in this report only apply to the samples
analyzed. This report must not be used to claim endorsement of products or analytical results by NVLAP or
any agency of the U.S. Government. This report shall not be reproduced except in full, without written
approval from Reservoirs Environmental, Inc. Samples will be disposed of after sixty days unless longer

This is a Electrical Load report for the Vail Community
Development Office for the remodel at Wren Unit 409. The
address for the Wren is 500 South Frontage Road, Vail CO.
I am the electrician working for Burke Harrington
Construction. My company is Eagle Electric Inc. and my
name is Michael Koenen.
The property has multable apartments. The remodel has its own meter. The
meter has a 100 amp single phase main breaker. The feeder to the panel is a
#2 THN aluminum wire from the meter.
The only power requirements we are adding are three track light
strips where there was three surface fixtures with 7S watt bulbs . The three
track lights will have three fixtures on each. Each will have LED bulbs. No
change in wattage.
All baseboard electric heaters will be replaced with new heaters with
no change in wattage.
I am going to add a microwave circuit. They used a small appliance
circuit to plug in the microwave. No change.
The small appliance circuits in the kitchen will remain the same.
I will add three undercabinet lights which will be 160 watts.
In the living room I will add a receptacle and TV above the fireplace.
A new circuit will be ran for a future dryer. SOOOwatts.
A new circuit will be ran for a future wash machine 1 S00 watts.
In the south bath room we will replace the existing bath light fan with
a panosonic light fan which reduces the wattage.
Also in the master bathroom we will replace the bath light fan with a
panosonic light fan which reduces the wattage.
We will replace the two hallway sconce fixtures, which have two 75
watt bulbs, with a track light on the ceiling of the hallway. The track will
have eight cans with a total of 160 watts a net gain of 10 watts.
All the base board heaters will be replaced. No change in watts.
