Item #2: In Unit A, on the main level in the southwest corner of the Great Room, the stud pack indicated by keynote #5 is missing. Item #3:. In Unit A, on the main level in the west wall of the Master Bath, the fourth stud pack y` indicated by keynote #5 north of the southwest corner is missing. Item #4: Ita Unit A, on the main level at the south side of the Great Room, at the northwest corner of the Pantry, the stud pack indicated by keynote #7 is missing. Item #5: In Unit A, on the main level in the east wall of the Laundry Room, the stud pack indicated by keynote #7 is missing. Item 46: In Unit A, on the main level at the Covered Entry, the two stud packs indicated by keynote #5 in the exterior wall on either side of the front door are missing. Item 47: In Unit A, on the main level in the Study Bath, the stud pack indicated by keynote #7 in the southeast corner is missing. Item #8: In Unit A, on the main level in the southwest corner of the Butler's Pantry, the stud park indicated by keynote #5 is missing. Item #9: In Unit A, on the main level in the west wall of the Mechanical Room, the two stud packs indicated by keynote #5 are missing. Item #10: In Unit A, on the main level in the south wall of the Powder Room, the stud pack indicated by keynote #7 is missing. Item #11: In Unit A, on the upper level in the west wall of Bedroom #3, the southern of the two stud packs indicated by keynote #8 is missing. Item #12: In Unit B, on the main level in the west wall of the Powder Room, the stud pack indicated by keynote #25, in the southwest corner, is missing. Item #13: In Unit B, on the main level in Dining Room, the south wall has been framed with a bay window and is adequate as constructed. I have no requirements on the structural drawings that I prepared for this project regarding special inspection for soil compaction_ Also, the concrete compressive strength that I require on sheet S2.1 is 3,000 psi for footings, walls and slabs on grade. I understand that you have elected to use 4,000 psi for serviceability for the slabs on grade_ The slabs on grade, as well as footings and foundation walls, do not therefore require special kapection Please let me know if you have any questions or if I may be of future assistanee.
