Project narrative:
The existing patio doors are original to the unit. They are aluminum frames and single pane glass sliding doors. The locks are inoperable (see photos page 16). We
plan to replace these doors with Jeld-Wen Premium vinyl doors (see schedule page 17) to fit the existing rough opening and we will trim the exterior as it is trimmed today. The doors
will be white like the other units that have replaced their rear patio doors.
The bedroom windows are in need of replacement (see photos page 16). We will replace them with Jeld-Wen
Premium Vinyl sliding windows (see schedule page 17) that fit the existing rough openings. They will be white like the vinyl windows that were approved for the front of each unit and
we will trim the new windows and doors as the exterior is trimmed today.
