I've been in contact with Kurt and the owner Liz Cronin. I think we're going to separate the lower level patio from the driveway and do this in two phases. Therefore we would just
be looking for approval for the lower patio. Kurt and Liz are coming up with a plan that will meet the town requirements for the driveway. We will do that work next summer. Any questions
