Scope of Work. Millrise condo Bld 1 #G
1) Remove tub replace with steam shower.
2) Remove shower close off shower opening
add new space to existing closet.
3) Add 240 breaker to existing panel and run new
electricial wire to steam unit.
This is a Electrical Load report for the Vail Community
Development Office for the remodel at 1320 Westhaven
Millrace condo Unit G. I am the electrician working for Jim
Mines. My company is Eagle Electric Inc. and my name is
Michael Koenen.
The property has multable apartments. The remodel has its own meter. The
meter has a 200 amp main breaker. The feeder to the panel is a 4/0 SER wire
from the meter.
The only change in the Unit is we are removing the Jacuzzi which was
a two pole 20 amp and replacing it with a two pole SO amp steam shower.
The additional watts is 4800.
