RE: Design Review Changes to Approved Plans
Changes:
1. Add an 8.16 Kw solar electric panel system to the south-facing roof of Unit 2724.
The system will contain 34 solar modules, which will be flush mounted and follow the
City of Vail Solar Energy Device Requirements. Re: D4/A1.03 (Roof Plan) and Sheets
A5.00 and A5.01.
2. Modify Window ‘C’ on D4/A1.01 (Main Level). The approved window ins a 2’-6” x
3’-0” Casement. We are proposing to change the window to a 2’-6” x 4’-0” Single
Hung window.
3. Add the additional exterior deck area. Re: D4/A1.01 (Main Level).
4. Modify the existing windows located on the East Elevation by changing their size and
orientation. Re: D4/A1.02 (Upper Level) and sheets A5.00 and A5.01
