Since this property does not contain the necessary 15,000 square feet
which are r equired in order to build 2 units,the ownerwould have to
petition in order to build the second unit .The restrictions are listed
on the enclosed application.
One of the restrictions,if the owner is given permission to build two
units,is that the secondary dwelling unit mustr emain a long term rental
tmit for full time employees of the Upper Eagle Valley,and cannot be
sold separately.
