needto determine as soon as possible what the building requirements would be for Lot
11 on Garmish Drivein West Vail.Thelotis shown on the attached copy,and I believe
thatthe street address would be 2356 Garmish Drive.The lot is presently owned by
Johannes Faessler.
Speclfically,I need to know if your department has the uare foota e of th is lot.
the current zoning capacity,and any other pertinent Information with respect to the
developmen 0IS lot.I had heard through the grapevine that it might be limited to a
pr imary/secondary restriction.Of course,my client II interested in building a duplex on
