cannot be accepted until all required information is received by the Community Development Depatment. The

II. REPAINT PROPOSALS
For all proposals to repaint existing buildings, the following supplemental information is required:

Re: The required Developer lmprovement Agreement for the landscaping at Vail
Commons.
Mr. Skellion:
This letter is to serve as notification of your need to submit the required
Devefoper f mprovement Agreement that I faxed you on November 12,2002' To
date I have not received the required paperwork to insure the installation of the
landscaping at Vail Commons for the improvements which were made to the stair
case on th-e south side of the property. This issued needs to be resolved by
March 7, 2OOg or Code Enforcement will be pursued for unapproved illegal
construction. I am including a copy of the Developer lmprovement Agreement
with this correspondence.

letter or the process for completing the Developer lmprovement Agreement

Mr. McNeil:
This letter is to serve as notification of the receipt of your Developer lmprovement
Agreement for the installation of remaining landscaping at Vail Commons. The
Town has cashed the check for $2,165.04 to cover the cost of installing
landscaping. lf all improvements are completed by May 31, 2003 a refund will be
issued to the Vail Commons Condominium Association. lf the work is completed
prior to May 31 please call and I will visit the site and inspect it for all work to
have been completed. I will then request the refund.
