Dear Matt:
Based on feedback from the February 24 DRB conceptual Review, we have made several
changes to the exterior modifications.
1. The entry canopy has been moved west so that the two gables align at the center.
2. The roof pitch has been adjusted to match the existing roof, and expressed beam
ends have been added.
3. Stone wainscot runs along entire east elevation.
4. Window rhythms are established.
5. Sign square footage has been reduced and recalculated as shown on the revised
Sign Application.
We hope these changes will be sufficient for Final DRB approval.
