We hane made sorne revisions to tre sib phn which will require your apgoval and will need to be on

The main catalyst icr lhe revisions is based on the actual datum finish elevations of the St. Morits cul-
de.sac. Trent Hubbard, the General Confactor br he Oberlohr Residence has inbrmed me that the
acfr.ral elevation of the qrl-de-sac at the exact location of the driverrvay access is 1 '€' hQher in reality
than wtratwas shorrn on the civil ergineered plans. We had always assurned a dafum elevation of
7988.5 bet Tlent hc surueyed in an dual number at that location of 7990.0 bet a difietence of 18"
or1'€".
The orvner, Konrad Obedohr, has Equesled that the entire dri\reway and the entire building be raised
up 1'€'fiom the apprwed location to take advantage of this new inbrmation'
It stands b reason hat if the ddrrevray and the house relatbnstrip do not change, but a]e rnerely raised
the 1 €' dimensirn, then building heights at the drivaray will rcrnain the sarne. The thing that will
cfiange is the rdatinnship of roof drfue b actual grde direcfly below. For that reason I have provkled a
red-lined analysb of tre rklge heights br t|e building with the revised ridge elevations. I can assure
you that ure have not busbd the 33 fuot he(1ht limit anywhere on the building due b hese levbbns.
It also stands b rcason that sile wdb will be aftcted in a positive utay witt this change. For insbnce,
mlb that r,rere once 6 4" tall can now be 4€' tall.
