As you know, I am insistent that no one tamper with any property of mine. This property is very valuable and while I intend to build my own house on Lot 5, Lot 6 is for sale and being shown to prospective buyers. Especially now with summer just beginning in Vail, it is important that the 1ot be as free of debris and trash as possible. The parking of a large truck on the property' or any other vehicle for that matter, detractdfrom the appeal of the location, notably the view which is probably the nost imfortant aspect of the property. I have noted that your actions have resulted in some clean-up of debris and concrete by some of the contractorrs personnel yesterday afternoon. Presumably they w111 fo1low up with re-vegetation. Also the truck had been moved. Hopefully this will be the end of this deliberate trespass by the contractor.
