Because it was annexed into the Town of Vail, and has been recognized aS a f6gal foi, it is considered legal nonconforming, because ol its lot size' Two-Family Residential permits two ul.lits for each lot that exceeds 15,000 squareJeet' Lots that do not meet the minimum size requirement, are only permitted one unit,.plus one Employee iiriing Unit (eHU).
