HomeMy WebLinkAboutDRB120464 HOA signoff2801 Bassingdale Blvd. Vail, CO 81657 Camelot Townhouse Association September 25, 2012 Chip Novick 2801 Basiingdale Blvd. Unit 8 Vail, CO 81657 Dear Chip: Pursuant to Article IV, section 1 of the Camelot Townhouse Association Declaration, the Architectural Control Committee has reviewed a preliminary plan to add an additional exterior window on the east facing side of Unit # 8. At this time, the committee has granted “conditional” approval for the proposed addition of this window to the current construction project. This letter should serve as a written amendment to the previously signed “Joint Property Owners Written Approval Letter” signed and submitted to the Town of Vail on or about 9/5/2012. As dictated by the aforementioned section of the Associations Declaration; final written design approval of the window details, including sizing, placement, trim, materials, etc, will be required prior to the commencement of any exterior alterations. It should be understood that that Committee intends to evaluate the appropriateness of such details in relation to the cosmetic appeal of the east end of building as a whole, and will likely require additional information and documentation from you in the future to facilitate final approval. This conditional approval of concept, should not be interpreted as a waiver of any of the Camelot Townhouse Associations rights of review and or approval as dictated in their governing documents.
