Mr. Vaughan,
This letter is intended ta describe the full scope of work for changes ta the fire sprinkler system that
wil! be performed by Western States Fire Protection in unit C) at Pinos Del Narte.
Required modifications to the fire sprinkler system are as failows.
Raise 2 sidewali heads for beam removal in lower living room ceiling.
Lower 2 sidewall heads for beam removal in upper living room ceiling.
Add 1 head for kitchen bump out.
Ali work performed will comply with NFPA13 and local standards.
This is a copper antifreeze system on the second floor. All added materials will be compatible ta the
existing system.
it is our understanding that this letter will be sufficient to obtain a permit ta proceed with the work
described above. No ather work will be done without authorization from VFES. If further information is
required ta issue a permit please contact our office in Glenwood Springs at 970-618-3294.
