Hey Michael,
I don't have any concerns about lowering that retaining wall. Please include this change with the building permit plan
set.
Here are the Planning Department's review comments for building permit application B12-0108:
• Provide a roof height calculation plan sheet (permit plans label roof elevations above 100, rather than elevations
above sea level).
• Portions of any room with a floor-to-ceiling height of>_ 16 feet must be counted as an additional story of GRFA
(dining&great room?).
• Provide a GRFA calculation summary table.

We are going to either be reducing to less than 4' or illuminating the boulder retaining wall that is located on the south
side the 446 Forest Road that wraps around the warming hut.
Leonard and I have spoken about this and I want make you aware.
