Please include this change with the building permit plan set. Here are the Planning Department's review comments for building permit application B12-0108: • Provide a roof height calculation plan sheet (permit plans label roof elevations above 100, rather than elevations above sea level). • Portions of any room with a floor-to-ceiling height of>_ 16 feet must be counted as an additional story of GRFA (dining&great room?). • Provide a GRFA calculation summary table.
