Dear Mr. McReynolds:
As confirmation, the proposed Carlisle Sure-Seal Adhered Roofing System has
achieved a UL Class A fire rating with the following assembly:
22 gauge metal roof deck.
3” Carlisle HP-H Polyisocyanurate insulation.
1/2” Dens Deck Prime mechanically attached to the roof deck with 12
Carlisle fasteners and insulation plates pre 4’x8’ board.
Carlisle’s .060” thick Sure-Seal unreinforced FR EPDM membrane fully
adhered cover board with 90-8-30A bonding adhesive.
The maximum allowable roof slope is unlimited.
