As far as timing, we start making snow on Bwana as soon as it gets cold after November 1. If it gets cold on the first your access will be gone. If it stays warm for a week you could be ok. We would like access this fall to demo the south end of home. The duration for demo is two weeks and we would start as soon as we had a permit. It would be great to get construction access for two days, one to pour footers and one to pour the walls. Can you tell me the last day this might be available, we could work backwards and try to make it work.
