Malydenance This letter is intended to describe the full scope of work for changes to the fire sprinkler system that will be performed by Westem States Fire Protection in penthouse A at The Christiania. Required modifications to the fire sprinkler system are as follows. Relocate one head under stairs in storage area. Eliminate one head in living room due to beam removal. Relocate one head in mast�r bathraom for new wall configuration. All work performed will comply with NFPA13 and local standards. All added materials will be compatible with the existing CPVC wet system. It is our understanding that this letter will be sufficient to obtain a permit to proceed with the work described above. No other work will be done without authorization from VFES. If further information is required to issue a permit please contact our office in Glenwood Springs at 970-618-3294.
