A. GENERAL
I. NOTIFY ARCHITECT IMMEDIATELY OF ANY
CONFLICTS BETWEEN ANY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS
PRIOR TO THE START OF WORK.
2. IN THE EVENT OF ANY CONFLICTS BETWEEN THE
DOCUMENTS, THE ITEM OF MOST OR GREATEST
EXTENT OF WORK AS DETERMINED BY THE
ARCHITECT SHALL APPLY AND BE PERFORMED BY
THE CONTRACTOR AT NO ADDITIONAL COST.
3. ALL TRADES SHALL PERFORM THEIR WORK
WITHIN THE RE006NIZED STANDARDS OF THE
APPLICABLE INDUSTRY.
4. ANY DEVIATION OR CHANGE IN THE WORK FROM
THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS WITHOUT PERMISSION
OF THE ARCHITECT PLACES ALL RESPONSIBILITY
FOR THE DEVIATION OR CHANGE ON THE
CONTRACTOR.
5. THESE DOCUMENTS WERE PREPARED WITHOUT
REGARD FOR THE DIVISION OF WORK AMONG
TRADES. GENERAL CONTRACTOR IS TO
COORDINATE AND PROVIDE ALL WORK SHOWN ON
THESE DOCUMENTS WITH ALL TRADES RE6ARDLE55
OF WHICH DRAWING WORK 15 SHOWN ON.

WITH THESE CODES. GENERAL CONTRACTOR AND
HIS SUB - CONTRACTORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR
COMPLYING WITH ALL APPLICABLE CODES,

G. PROJECT COORDINATION
I. ALL CONTRACTORS AND SUBCONTRACTORS

JOINTLY AND SEPARATELY COORDINATE THEIR
WORK WITH REGARD TO 5CHEDULING, INSTALLATION
PROCEDURES, SHOP DRAWIN65 AND INSTALLATION
OF ALL RELATED MATERIALS,
2. PRIOR TO THE START OF ANY WORK, THE
CONTRACTOR AND SUBCONTRACTORS
RESPONSIBLE FOR THE WORK 5HOWN iN THESE
DOCUMENTS SHALL INSPECT AND APPROVE ALL
PREFATORY WORK THAT HAS BEEN COMPLETED TO
RECEIVE HIS WORK. HE 15 TO ENSURE THAT HIS
WORK AND ADJACENT WORK WILL FINISH TO
PROPER CONTOURS, PLANES AND LEVELS.
PROMPTLY NOTIFY GENERAL CONTRACTOR OF ANY
DEFECTS IN THE PREP WORK THAT WILL
ADVERSELY AFFECT OR PREVENT THE
SATISFACTORY COMPLETION OF HI5 WORK.
FAILURE TO NOTIFY GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL
INDICATE ACCEPTANCE OF THE PREP WORK AND
ANY SUBSEQUENT CLAIMS OF DEFECTS SHALL NOT
BE REG06NIZED.
3. NO WORK SHALL BE PERFORMED UNTIL ALL
PREP WORK HAS BEEN COMPLETED, CURED, DRIED,
ETC AND READY TO RECEIVE THE WORK. GENERAL
