Enclosed please find the i�udget breakdown for the above
referenced project provided by the owner and his superin-
tendent. My review and subsequent conversations with-both
parties lead me to support these numbers.
Ttte project consisis of a small addition of 298 square feet
that is to be built on an existing metal dec�c/concrete slab
over an existing garage - therefore no foundation:is required,
.and is very simple and straight forward in desiqn. Utilities
(electrical service:, plumbing, hot water heating) are adjacent
and immediately avai2able to the addition. Wood decking from
the existing deck is to be saved, reused and refinished for
the new smaller dec]c configuration_ Additionally, interior
finishes selected are all mid-grade, quality but not high-end
materials and products.
In my opinion, the follo�ing re-aliocation af the budget num-
bers for iabor and materials are reasonable for the project.
