Box 757 Minturn, Colorado 81645 RE: Limited Asbestos Inspection Laboratory Results - Sunrise Project Number: SEI12-P237 4600 Vail Racquet Club Drive, Building 6, Unit 1, Vail, Colorado. Dear Mr. Turnbull, Sunrise Environmental, Inc. performed a limited asbestos inspection at 4600 Vail Racquet Club Drive, Building 11, Unit 1, Vail Colorado on September 27, 2012. Sunrise Environmental, Inc. collected three (3) samples of spray-applied drywall texture and one (1) sample of drywall from the unit. Bulk samples were submitted to Aerobiology Laboratory associates, Inc. located at 780 Simms Street, Suite 104, Golden, Colorado for analysis. Laboratory analysis indicates greater than 1% Chrysotile asbestos was detected in the drywall texture collected from the kitchen. The drywall texture is considered an asbestos containing material. The inspection was limited to the spray-applied drywall texture, and drywall in the kitchen. The table below lists the sample information for the materials collected. The analytical data report and inspector certifications are attached.
