Note s :
1. A new range is to be installed in Unit 266. The input rating is
42 MBH. The capacity of the range can be increased to 60
MBH if the length of the CSST from the 3" main is less than 50
feet. The estimated length is 35 feet.
2. The gas value used in our analysis is 8l0 BtuICF.
3. The maximum installed gas loads for the individual
Condominium units located on Level 1 and Leve12 in Building
2 does not exceed 100 MBH. The gas allowance for each of the
three Penthouse Units is 460 MBH. This information was
provided by Manor Vail personnel. Larger loads may be
accommodated in the future but additional analysis will be
required to determine that actual pressure drops are in
accordance with installed equipment.
4. The drawings show the intent of the mechanical systems but do
not show all details required. It is the responsibility of the
Contractors to install complete & operable systems, which
conform to the manufacturers' installations instructions &
industry standards.
5. Labor, materials, and equipment shall conform to the latest
applicable editions of local, State of Colorado, and National
Codes and ordinances. If conflict between those publications
exists, the most stringent requirement shall apply.
