The Contractor and Subcontractors shall perform all work in accordance with all applicable codes, ordinances,
standards and regulations in effect within 30 days prior to commencement of the work. This includes the 2009
Edition of the International Building Code along with Town of Vail modifications to that code, as well as state
and local codes. In case of conflict between regulations, the most stringent shall apply.
Relocation of inechanical system units to be designed by the Co.ntractor, required sub-contractor or other
consultants and approved by the Owner. Alter automatic sprinkler system as required and verify with a
qualified fire protection service that the fire suppression system complies with all applicable codes.
