First the stone will need to wrap the corners of the garage to the inside facade corner underneath each unit's steps. Let me know if this s not clear. This is cl�ar. The reason I am hesitating on getting this approved and out is that I am trying to ascertain if the planter between each unit should become stone as well. When you put stone the garage fa�ade it will touch the planter and I believe it may look inappropriate (architecturally speaking)to have a stucco planter projecting out of the stone wall. I can staff approve this application if the planter were to become stone, otherwise I will need to schedule the item for a Design Review Board Hearing on December 5t" (the next hearing). �r�at s�ugg�stir�n. When you put stone the garage fa�ade it will touch the planter and I believe it may look inappropriate (architecturally speaking) to have a stucco planter projecting out of the stone wall. I can staff approve this application if the planter were to become stone, otherwise I will need to schedule the item for a Design Review Board Hearing on December 5t" (the next hearing). The railings will look great. To be clear all railings on both sides will need to be replaced including stair and the little gate thing at the bottom of the west unit.
