Fastener and load size shall be determined according to manufacturers recommendations for materials being attach�d. h. Framing Notes: 1. Interior Laad Bearing Wa1Is: A. Interi�r laad bearing walls are 2x4 or 2x6 studs (as indicated on plan) C� 16" o.c. with 1 f2" gypsum wallboard both sides unless noted otherwis�. Constructian practic�s: General contrc�ctar is responsible for means, rr►ethods, techniques, sequences and pracedures for cQnstruction af this praject. Notify structural engineer of omissians or canflicts between the warking drawings and existing conditians. Coordinate requirements for rneGhanieal/electrical fplumbing penetrations through structural elements with structural engineer. Jobsite safety is the sole respansibility of the contractor.
