Hall bath, to have spray foam insulation installed at exterior walls or r -19 insulation installed.
6 mil plastic to be installed at all exterior walls.
Hall bath will have the east wall framed out one 2x4 depth so a medicine chest can be installed
Plumbing will have to be extended over 1 ft not relocated.
Ceiling to be framed downed.
5/8 inch drywall installed at all bath ceiling, green board, 5/8 inch at all tub surround and all bath walls.
Kitchen will have a 6 inch stub out at its refrigerator range wall and then a 2 ft return to create a pony
wall with bar top, framing will be 16" on center.
Kitchen to be insulated with spray foam or r 19 insulation
All exterior walls to receive 6 mil plastic
5/8 inch sheet rock to ceiling and exterior walls
Kitchen, party wall to unit 10 to have 2 sheets of 5/8" sheet rock and one outlet to be moved to another
