Re: Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater, Phase I, Amendment to the Conditional Use Permit.
Dear Mr. Gibson:
Thank you for accepting the enclosed documents as our submittal to amend the existing
Conditional Use Permit at the Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater. This submittal is necessitated by the
Owner’s decision to relocate the recently proposed East Restrooms building at the amphitheater
approximately 9-1/2’ due East, a variation from the originally submitted application. Moving this
building will provide additional space between it and the existing “East Service” concessions
area. As the new building will increase foot traffic in the area, we believe the request for
additional space is appropriate.
