Two new 57’ monopole towers and foundations to be installed, add one new pre- fab radio shelter (exterior siding to match existing Public Works adjacent storage)on new slab, add grounding for each tower and the equipment shelter, add new utility H-frame, resurface the site with asphalt, relocate an existing drain around the tower site, new temporary 200amp aerial power. Add all new telco and power conduits underground for permanent power (new transformer TBD). Add the antenna system to the tower. Paint tower and all equipment attached with Planning approved paint color schematic. UTILITY APPROVAL & VERIFICATION This form serves to verify that the proposed improvements will not impact any existing or proposed utility services, and also to verify service availability and location for new construction and should be used in conjunction with preparing your utility plan and scheduling installations.
