This approval is contingent upon the following: L Approval is granted based on the location of Unit 37, pior approvals of similar windows and the minimal impact this change will have upon the neighbors and residents of this area of the Associafion. 2. No specific or applied approval is granted for any special or expanded right as to egress, ingress or use of tlte Association ground owned in common by its members. 3. Any and all costs including, but not limited to, the cost of the work and cleaning up during or after the work shall be at the expense of the Owner and his sole responsibility. In addition, any and all costs required to return any disturbed landscaping or irrigation system to their existing state shall be at the expense of the Owner and his sole responsibility.
