Dear Sirs:
The purpose of the letter is to convey t}e approval of the Vail Golfoourse Townhomes,
Phase III, for the addition of a window well in tle rear of the unit per the sketches
provided. The owner is completely responsible for any additional expeirse related to the
window well including, among otber things, maintenance.
l. Approval is granted based on the location of Unit 43, prior approvals of similar
Window Wells and 1fo6 ninimal impact this change will have upon the neighbors and
residents of this area of the Association.
2. No specific or applied approval is granted for any special or expanded right as to
egress, ingress oruse of the Assosiation ground owned in common by its meinbers.
3. Any and all costs including, but not limited to, the cost of the work and cleaning up
dwing or after the work shall be at the exp€,nsc of tle Owner and his sole
responsibility. In addition, any and all costs required to retum my disturbed
landscaping or irrigation systern to thEir eiristing state shall be at the expense of the
Owner and his sole responsibility. If during the course of construction, any trees are
damaged or reutoved, Owner shall pay the Assosiation for replacement of said trees
at locations to be deterrnined solelyby the Association.
4. Owner and all frrture Owners of Unit 43 shall bear the costs of maintaining the
Window Well. All future maintenance of these ele,meirts may be done by the
