Attached to this letter is the official Town of Vail approval ofyour rr250 expansionrt request. As you can see, there are threeconditions of approval . I{e have already discussed the first two,but the third we left open. The third condition of approval dealswith the void areas. At this time, there are two methods ofcreating a void area within a structure. You uay build a wall
around the void, with a maximum 9 sq. ft. opening to the spaceinside. In additlon to reducing the size of the openinq to a
maximum of 9 sg. ft., you must also build a dropped ceiling in thearea so that the floor to ceiling height does not exceed 5 ft. Theother alternative for creating a void is to conpletely seaL off the
space.
In your letter, you mentioned that you need the GRFA informationfor Build.ing P, as well as 2 pieces of survey inforrnation from theoverall site p1an. I lrill be doing more research on the project,
and will hopefully uncover thj.s infornation for you.
At ttris time, you may apply for a building penuit for thisconstruction, as long as it neets the three conditions of approval ,
