NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Vail Associates, Inc.
has applied for Resubdivision of Lot 2, Block 2, YaiL Village
12th Filing into two resldential 1ots. Application has been
made in accordance with Chapter 17 .16 of the Municipal Code.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that Va11 Assocj-ates, Inc.
has requested rezoning of the two resultlng lots from Low
Density Multiple-Family to Two Famlly Residential (duplex)
zone district. Appllcation for the rezoni-ng has been made
in accord with Section 18.66.060 of the Municipal Code for
the Town of Vai1.
A Public Eearing will be held pursuant to the pro-
visions of Secti-on 18.66.060 and Section 17.16.O80 of the
Muni.cipal Code on December 27, 1977 before the Town of Vail
Planning Commission whose decision wil-1 be transmitted to
the Town Council f,or final decislon. Said hearing will be
held in the Vail Municipal Building at 3:00 p.m.

The chimney is of triple rval led construction with a
3O gauge stainless steel flue pipe, a 28 gauge alumlnized
steel intermediate pipe and a 28 gauge galvanlzed steel
outer plpe- A minimum 8-lnch cliameter chj-mney is
requi.red for the BI-288 and 8I-368 unit and a lO-inch
dianeter chimney is required for the BI-428 unlt. The
overall height of the fireplace and chimney must not be
Iess than 16 feet for llodels BI-288, 8I-368 or 12 feet
6 inches for the BI-428 when uied, with the standard
chimney. If a listecl decorative chlrnney klt ldentlfied

Booth Fa1ls Condominium Association and Mr. R.A. I\.Ialmrospretaining to the above mentioned lot.
A.) Mr. R.A. I,IaLmros will premit a sewer line presently
runing through a portion of his contracled lot to
remain in this location and his plans to cor nence
construction on said l-ot in the summer of l-979 willnot interrupt the function of said sevrer line.
B. ) Booth Falls Condominium Association will permit
Mr. R.A. I"lalmros the.full use of the existing road
owned by the Association to obtain access to and
from the above mentioned lot.
This consideration between the Booth Falls Condominium Association
and Mr. R.A. Malmros sha1l be viewed as one of an informal joint ,
