Dear Mr. Masek:
In conjunction with our phone conversation earljer this week,I'll need your written approval on the water tap as we discussed for theVai'l Water Department. I've enclosed an improvement location map showing
the location of your water tap on Lot 17 along with ny proposa'l in red.
As it was explained to Mr. Vigor, our general contractor, by the city
water department, an addjtjonal tap on this junction valve wouldn't affect
the water pressure and service of either lot. The reasoning behind this
request is to eliminate the additional work and expense of duplicating
the underground boring of Booth Falls Road.
My other request has to do with the final coordination of the
landscap'ing and berming between the two lots. Your'lot is one to twofeet higher then ours due to the natural slope of the terrain and adefinite break in the two lots was created when we excavated. I'le wouldlike to shape your south lot line and blend it in with ours, reseed andplant according to the'landscaping plan. The final results would be a
coordinated appearance between the two lots. Needless to say, any and
a1 I expenses for these requests would solely be that of ours.
