Having clarified the status of this Building Permit, we have one additional request prior to picking up the building permit for implementation. When reviewing the work product previously submitted for issuance of this Building Permit 805-0306, we have discovered that the window shown to be added at the North Elevation cannot be installed as shown. There is a large wood column residing in the middle of the proposed window which would cause substantial reconstruction of the wall itself in order to install the approved window in the approved location. We hereby respectfully request your consideration of the attached North Elevation to be proffered for Building Permit substitution, due to the conditions stated above. We trust this alternate window configuration can be approved as an eqaal substitution with no further action. If this is the case, please authorize accordingly and we will advise the General Contractor as to when he will be able to pick up the revised Building Permit.
