or deny such variances by virtue of Section 30-28-ll7 and 30-28-11 8 C.R.S.

IJHEREAS, based on the ev'idence, testimony, exhibits, study of the master
plan for the unincorporated area of the County, comments of the Eaqle
County Planning Department, comments of public officials and aqencies, and
corunents from the aoplicant and all jnterested parties, the Zoning Board
of Adjustment finds as follows:
That proper posting, publication and pub'l ic notice was Dro-
vided as required by'l arv for the hearing befor the Zoning
Board of Adjustment.
2. That the hearing before the Zoning Board of Ad.iustment was
extensive and complete, that all pertinent facts, matters
and issues were submitted and that all interested Dart.ies were
heard at said hearinq.
