Second floor window modifications on the south elevation. 2. Lower level window modifications - including the expansion of the window well, utilizing the Versa Lock relaining wall system. As we recently discussed, the proposed new airlock and second story balcony (facing Vail Valley Drive on the west elevation) cannot be approved by statf. These modifications will require setback variances. In addition, lhe maximum size ol the airlock can only be 25 square leet.
