The additlon of a skylight in Mr. Swartzkops' Unit J-6 is approved.
However, we would li.ke it noted that it should be identical to the
existing skylight in both overall size and height. The board is
also obliged to advise that Mr. Swartzkop would be responsible for
any damage that may occur to other units as a result of this
installation. Several board members are concerned because there has
been damage to lower floor units because of leakage of skylights
that were improperly installed.
The reguest to knock out the front of the cornmon area space on the
upper level east stairway landing to build a storage area that will
protrude out in the front of the building is deni'ed. We understand
the Swartzkops'desire for this additional space, but feel this wilI
not be in the best interest of the association.
