The back door is only 30 inches wide and should not be a required exit and exit sign not installed. Exit illumination however is required and was noted on plan. The mechanical plan indicates an exhaust system and an intake system, the intake system does not indicate tempered air. The building appears to have a warm air heating system with supply and return in each area. I noted on the plan that the mechanical contractor is to verify the compatibility of what appears to be two separate mechanical systems. Call me if you have any questions. Thanks.
