Dear Kenneth,
The Design Review Board has reviewed the application for the roof change at Unit 707
of the Evergreen Lodge. They voted to table the application and requested some
changes to the proposal. Their main concern focused on how the change in the roof
would appear. They suggested that instead of cutting the roof between the two
wingwalls, that the entire roof from the party wall to the edge of the roof should be
stepped back and the wingwall also cut back some. Your contractor believes that this is
possible. This will provide your unit with even more light than the original proposal
would have.
The application is scheduled for the next Design Review Board hearing on October 17'n
at 3:00. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me at 970-
