Hi Nina:
Attached is a spreadsheet of lodges that I surveyed. I could keep going but the numbers here seem pretty solid
to me.
You will see that the overall average is 0.19 employees per room. If you kick out the comfort suites in Dillion
the average is 0.20.
The Inn at Aspen is located on the main drag into town and next to Buttermilk lift. Its now a Wyndham and
very comparable to MRI but only has 0.18 employees per room.
I think our proposal is reasonable at 0.24 or 0.25. If anything it shows that what the operator says they are
going to have is accurate. I think that's the real intent of the study: to make sure the operator is not making the
numbers up.
I hope this is enough data.
