Scope of work
Entry
• Remove wall paper and install wall fabric—deer hide
Hall
• Remove wall paper and re texture and paint an accent color
• Add three directional can lights in hall way
• Fix wood work where door bumpers were removed
• Complete owner storage closet partition; switch doors from closet to closet for
locking to be on the right side
Dining
• Remove wallpaper and install wall fabric—deer hide
• Add three directional can lights that shine on the wall fabric
• Remove table legs and replace with sleek iron legs
• Repair wood floor scratches
Living Room
• Remove wallpaper at fireplace and re texture and paint with accent color
• Install 36"TV arm with swivel
Queen Room
• Hang TV at wall
• Add adjustable shelves at left side of closet below closet rod
Bunk Room
• Hang TV at wall

Laundry
• Leave the cabinet and washer and dryer as is
• Remove shelf and rod above the dryer
• Add a cubby that is 32"wide, 96"tall and 18"deep for 8 cubbies that faces
perpendicular to the dryer
• Add 3 fixed shelves between the side of the cabinet and the back of the cubbies
above the dryer
• Lock the cabinet doors above the washer with a cam lock
• Bench to be added as a bought piece 40" wide and 27"tall space
Master Bedroom
• Hang TV at wall

• Add adjustable shelves at the back corner as priced before
