Dear Bill:
This letter is intended to provide some claritication about the intent of the owner and potential
purchasers oF thc property. As you arc aware, there is an existing "vested" approval for the
Roost/Timberline Lodge property as provided for in Resolution No. 13, Scries of 3012. We are
proposing that this approval rcmain in effect a��d be unaffected by the new Marriott Residence
lnn proposal from The f larp Group. The new proposal will go through thc approval process as
an indepcndent applic�tion and will be subjecf to the current code rcquirem�nts.
Our understandin�is that '1'he Harp Group intends to break ground on this project in the
spring. Should they take ownership oY the property and pull a building permit for the new
project, we understaud that our previous Timberline Lodge approva] would then be null and
void.
We hope that this letter provides the claritication you were seeking with respect to this
