As you arc aware, there is an existing "vested" approval for the Roost/Timberline Lodge property as provided for in Resolution No. 13, Scries of 3012. We are proposing that this approval rcmain in effect a��d be unaffected by the new Marriott Residence lnn proposal from The f larp Group. The new proposal will go through thc approval process as an indepcndent applic�tion and will be subjecf to the current code rcquirem�nts. Our understandin�is that '1'he Harp Group intends to break ground on this project in the spring. Should they take ownership oY the property and pull a building permit for the new project, we understaud that our previous Timberline Lodge approva] would then be null and void. We hope that this letter provides the claritication you were seeking with respect to this application.
