Greetings. Paper size * required to be a minimum 11 x 17 and all plan pages shall be uniform in size so of original plans are 24. 36 all associated paper plans must now be the 2436 size. Thank you

The followings corrections are required to be addressed and 2 set of new plans resubmitted,
Any exterior change(windows,sliders,exterior lights( Must be first approved thru the Design Review Board and have HOA approvals.
All pages must be on the same sized paper.
Lots of optional items listed.
Electrical load calm required, adding lights, possible heat mats.
Special Inspection Agreement required for welding
Guard and hand rail details required
Window schedule required, must meet .35 U value or better
Gas piping schematic for fireplace required.
The status of the plan review will be listed as Corrections Required. Once these items have been addressed the plan review will begin
