QUESTION:
Due to the limited space between the new tie rod and the existing tube steel/channel we cannot complete the bottom weld under the tie rod to the
vertical plate at F1 & F7 both East and West sides.
Option 1 - The single weld on top is sufficient and the second weld is not needed
Option 2 - Provide new detail for additional connection to tube steel
