In order for this item to be heard I will need plans specific to the Vail site and written approval from Vail International for the temporary location of a COW on this site. This was put in place as I had not heard back from Greg Hall on impacts to snow plow operations. Ralph Walker, the AT&T representative said the area can be reoriented to run east-west in stead of north-south and if necessary can shrink in size by removing the emergency generator. I am awaiting you thoughts and comments so I can get them to Ralph. Ron I am relying on you to speak up if any changes or the location is not what you told the Vail International. If something on the plans if different than you told the Vail International lets make sure we return to them and ask their approval of any new aspects. I am in a deposition all day.
