AN ASBESTOS TEST AND REPORT IS REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED W1TH YOUR BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION
FOR ALL REMODEL, ADDITION OR OTHER PROJECTS INVOLVING ANY DEMOL_I'fTON OR REMOVAL OF BUILDING
MATERIALS THAT MAY CONTAIN ASBESTOS. BUILDINGS CONSTRUCTED AFfER OCTOBER 12, 1988 THAT HAVE
NO ASBESTOS CONTAINING MATERIALS ARE DCEMPT.
