RE: Remodel of Unit #130, Villa Cortina
Dear Sirs,
I am writing you on behalf of the owner of Unit 130, Villa Cortina. As their Architect I
have redesigned their unit which will entail gutting the interior and adding some win-
dows to the exterior.
The enclosed drawings show the interior floor plan with the addition of new windows to
the north side of the unit. These new windows will match the color of the existing win-
dows. Presently, there is only one window on this wall on the upper floor of a different
unit. These new windows will afford more natural light into the unit and face out to a line
of trees and the fire station beyond.
The existing sliding glass doors on the east side will be replaced with new sliding glass
doors in the same location as the old ones. They will match the color of the existing
doors.
There will be no additional floor area added to the unit, which is on the first floor. There
will not be any changes to the landscape or site plan.
We hope to start construction this spring at the close of the ski mountain as per the Villa
Cortina covenants.
