Please be aware that this addition is subject to the employee housing mitigation requirements of Chapter 12-24, Inclusionary Zoning, Vail Town Code. The proposed 237 sq.ft. loft addition (which includes the new stair) must be mitigated at a rate of 10%. The fee-in-lieu mitigation option would involve the payment of $3,262.31 (i.e. 23.7 x $137.65).
