Please find attached the design review approval for the loft addition at Village Center, Unit 5J. Please be aware that this addition is subject to the employee housing mitigation requirements
of Chapter 12-24, Inclusionary Zoning, Vail Town Code. The proposed 237 sq.ft. loft addition (which includes the new stair) must be mitigated at a rate of 10%. The fee-in-lieu mitigation
option would involve the payment of $3,262.31 (i.e. 23.7 x $137.65).
