Hi Bill.
I just checked my GRFA calcs and you were correct. There was a 6” change in an exterior wall at the stair location which effected the GRFA numbers on two levels.
I have attached a 3 sheet PDF which demonstrates my updated GRFA calc.
I can have these updated in an official revision set once I respond to any building department issues.
A breakdown:
Level 1 – No change
Level 2 – was 1121 s.f. now 1123 s.f. – addition of 2 s.f.
Level 3 – was 333 sf. Now 335 s. f. – addition of 2 s.f.
Total addition of GRFA square footage = 4 s.f.
Final GRFA numbers on Site Plan sheet A1.
Area Plans on sheet A4.4
Basement Takeoffs on sheet 10 (11x17 size paper)
